How does an agency apply?

Hi, we are new to the HUD NOFA process. I see on the website that the deadline for intent to contract has passed. Are we still eligible to apply? Can you provide an overview of this process?

Thank you for submitting your question. Please be informed that all agencies except government agencies applying for new funding opportunities with 现金娱乐网注册 must have obtained Certification as a Qualified Bidder from 现金娱乐网注册 through our Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) process. Government agencies do not need to apply through the RFSQ process to be a certified bidder. While there is not sufficient time for any organization that are new to the HUD NOFA process in the Los Angeles Continuum of Care (LA CoC) to obtain such Certification to apply for the FY2018 HUD CoC Program funding, such new organizations may consider applying for the FY2018 HUD CoC Program funding as a subcontractor to any agencies that have been certified through the RFSQ process.
